REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with any book you purchase on our website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 10 days (D.L. 185/99) and we will provide a refund.
To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped, along with your packing slip and a letter giving the reason for the return. If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the postage costs.
